HB 490, 52nd R.S.
Relating to establishing a system of public roads and bridges for all counties in this State having a population of more than one hundred and ninety-eight thousand (198,000) inhabitants, and less than four hundred thousand (400,000) inhabitants, and wherein is situated an incorporated city having a population in excess of two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) inhabitants, and to empower the Commissioner Courts thereof to provide rules and regulations therefor.
