Relating to making it unlawful to use any seine or net in the public fresh waters of Gonzales County for the purpose of catching or taking any fish; providing an exception; making it unlawful to possess any seine or net on said waters; providing that possession of an seine or net within two hundred (200) yards of any lake, stream or other body of public fresh waters shall be prima facie evidence of violation of this Act; providing penalties.
