Relating to authorizing the State Parks Board to repair, build or construct facilities to be used for recreational and park purposes at the Jim Hogg State Park; authorizing cooperation with other governmental agencies; authorizing the State Parks Board to pay for the repairing, building, or construction of such facilities; providing for the payment of same from the cutting and sale of such timber.
