Relating to fixing the term of office of School Trustees of Independent School Districts, having one hundred thousand (100,000) or more scholastics according to the last official scholastic census and wherein there may be situated a city having a population of five hundred and seventy-five thousand (575,000), and having a board of seven (7) Trustees.
