HB 2, 52nd R.S.

Relating to validating, ratifying, approving and confirming certain proceedings and bonds heretofore had or authorized by cities for the purpose of purchasing a park and recreational facilities and the construction and improvement of parking area and streets adjacent thereto, either or both; providing that this Act shall not apply to any proceedings or bonds the validity of which has been contested in any pending suit or litigation.
