SB 441, 51st R.S.
Relating to fixing the rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in all Common School Districts in counties, which according to the last preceding Federal Census, having a population of not less than fifty-five thousand (55,000) and not more than sixty-one thousand (61,000), and having a valuation for tax purposes of not exceeding Seventy-five Million Dollars ($75,000,000), and which Common School Districts now levy a total tax of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per Hundred Dollars of assessed valuation of taxable property for maintenance purposes and bond interest and sinking fund purposes.
