Relating to making an appropriation from the General Fund to reimburse Ruth Sapp, Clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals, 10th Supreme Judicial District of Texas, for money paid to the Treasurer of the State of Texas, properly belonging to her, through error, during the years 1936, 1937, 1938, 1939, 1940, 1941, 1942, 1944 and 1945.
