Relating to limiting the number of fish of all kinds to be taken or caught on any one day from Devils River, or the lakes situated thereon in Val Verde County, and limiting the possession of fish taken or caught therefrom; providing a penalty for violation of this Act; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act.
