Relating to amending certain Acts permitting the State Highway Department to issue for the 1946, 1947, and 1948 registration years single plate or plates of metal or other material, symbols, tabs, or other devices, in connection with or in lieu of the motor vehicle license plate or plates; repealing all laws in conflict herewith; providing a saving clause.
