Relating to making it unlawful for any person to hunt, snare, kill or attempt to kill by any means whatsoever any wild deer, buck, doe, fawn, or wild turkey in Montgomery County or any wild turkey in Grimes County for a period of five (5) years from and after the passage of this Act; providing a penalty therefor.
