SB 287, 48th R.S.

Relating to prescribing the procedure for extension or renewal of oil, gas and mineral leases granted by the State of Texas on University lands where Federal or State restrictions were in effect one hundred twenty (120) days before the expiration of the primary term prohibiting the owner of such lease from drilling or completion of a well; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
