HB 328, 48th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes to provide that counties having a population of more than one hundred and twenty-five thousand (125,000) according to the last Federal Census may employ a competent assistant to the County Superintendent at an annual salary not to exceed Twenty-eight Hundred Dollars ($2800), and may also employ such other assistants as necessary provided the aggregate amount of the salaries of such other assistants shall not exceed Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1800) annually.
