HB 709, 47th R.S.
Relating to providing in certain counties, there shall be imposed upon all male persons the duties of working five (5) days of eight (8) hours efficient service on public roads each year, or the payment on or before May 1st of each year the sum of Three Dollars ($3); fixing age bracket of persons to be summoned.
