Relating to authorizing and directing the Comptroller of Public Accounts and the Treasurer of the State of Texas to cancel and charge off as worthless and uncollectible Two Hundred and Ninety-five Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars ($295,800) in bonds issued by the Houston Tap and Brazoria Railway Company; directing that the bonds when cancelled shall be given into the custody of the State Librarian.
