HB 202, 47th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing for the service of notice in a primary election contest upon the opposing candidate, by providing that such notice may be served upon the agent or attorney of the opposing candidate, or by leaving the notice with some person over the age of sixteen (16) years at the usual place of residence or business of the opposing candidate.
