HB 139, 47th R.S.

Relating to validating all zoning ordinances and amendments thereto heretofore passed by the legislative bodies of cities and incorporated villages pursuant to certain acts, and declaring such ordinances to be in full force and effect, in so far as the required procedure and public notices for the passage of such ordinances and the publication of such ordinances is concerned.
