Relating to amending a certain Article of the Penal Code relating to increasing the penalty from a fine of not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars not more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, to confinement in the penitentiary for not less than (1) nor more than five (5) years; making timber theft a felony.
