Relating to better preserving the game and fish resources of Calhoun, Matagorda, and Jackson Counties by closing certain waters in said counties to certain types of net fishing and prohibiting the use of the oyster dredge in certain areas and making legal the operation of the pocket net or drag seine in certain waters; providing a penalty.
