Relating to conveying the title of the State of Texas to Lot No. Eight (8) in Block No. Thirty-eight (38) of the original townsite of Rosenberg, Fort Bend County, Texas, according to the plat of said town, appearing of record in Volume P, Pages 146 and 147 of the Deed Records of Fort Bend County, Texas, acquired by the State under tax sale to Mrs. Thelma Moers Forster, to her separate use and benefit.
