SB 471, 45th R.S.
Relating to empowering and authorizing Cities and Towns in the State of Texas having a population in excess of 230,000 and not exceeding 232,000, according the the last preceding or any future Federal Census, to enact ordinances governing operation of all motor vehicles upon the public thoroughfares of such Cities.
