SB 226, 45th R.S.
Relating to increasing the police powers of all incorporated cities and towns and authorizing such cities an towns to, by suitable ordinance, regulate, supervise, control and license all persons, firms or corporations engaged, primarily or incidentally, in the business of buying, selling or dealing in used motor vehicles or parts thereof or accessories within the corporate limits of such city or town.
