Relating to making it unlawful to take or catch in any manner from any of the public waters, rivers, creeks, or lakes in Gonzales County, any bass, crappie, perch, calico bass, bream, or catfish of any variety, or to have in his possession or retain in any way any bass, crappie, perch, calico bass, bream, or catfish of any variety caught or taken from such waters during certain months; fixing a penalty for violation of this Act.
