HB 147, 45th R.S.
Relating to empowering and authorizing cities and towns in the State of Texas having a population in excess of two hundred and ninety thousand (290,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census, to enact ordinances governing operation of all motor vehicles upon the public thoroughfares of such cities.
