HB 19, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that all persons, firms, partnerships, or corporations using coupons, chips, scrip, punchouts, store orders, or other evidence of indebtedness to pay their or its laborers and employees, for labor or otherwise, shall, if demanded, redeem the same in the hands of such laborer, employee, or bona fide holder in good and lawful money of the United States; providing penalties for failure to redeem.
