SB 20, 44th 3rd C.S.

Relating to validating all proceedings heretofore had by the governing bodies of all counties in connection with the issuance of bonds for any purpose, including election orders, notices of election, returns of election, orders canvassing election returns, and bonds issued pursuant thereto, including among others, instances wherein there have been irregularities in the calling of elections and in the giving of notice of elections.
