Relating to making it unlawful for any person or persons to fish for, take, catch or attempt to catch any fish in the fresh waters of Dallas County by any net, seine, snag line, trap or any device other than ordinary pole and line, rod and reel, set line, throw line or trot line; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
