HB 69, 44th 2nd C.S.

Relating to validating and approving all acts and proceedings of County Commissioners Courts and the County Judge in the matter of the creation and incorporation of Wind Erosion Conservation Districts in their said counties, and validating and approving all elections held under the provisions of said law where the returns of said elections show that a majority of the legally qualified property taxpaying voters of said counties voting at said elections favored the creation of such districts.
