Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to loan to the Athletic Council of such College Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-five Dollars and Seventy-one Cents ($15,525.71) each year of the current biennium out of the local funds of the college for the purpose of refinancing the Agricultural and Mechanical College Stadium Bonds now in default.
