Relating to providing a for rural school supervisor, prescribing qualification and duties of said rural school supervisor, providing for the payment of the salary of said rural school supervisor, in counties having a population of 21,830 to 22,080, according to the last preceding Federal Census, and a scholastic population of not less than 6,200, as shown by the scholastic report for the school year 1934-35.
