SB 87, 44th R.S.

Relating to providing that when a keeper, manager, or owner of certain institutions shall operate same without a license or sell or traffic in babies or permit the use of said institution for purposes other than provided in their license, they may be enjoined in a suit filed by the Attorney General, district or county attorney, or any citizen.
