SB 10, 43rd 4th C.S.

Relating to providing for the issuance of revenue bonds by independent, consolidated and common school districts and by cities and towns which have assumed the control of the public schools within their boundaries and providing that any bonds issued shall be payable from the net revenues of the project after payment of operating and maintenance charges.
