Relating to authorizing cities containing a junior college within their corporate limits, to establish community centers consisting of all land and buildings or structures necessary therefor, including gymnasiums, auditoriums, natatoriums and dormitories to furnish residence to teachers and students attending schools and colleges in any such city.
