HB 132, 43rd 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing a more efficient system for the appointment of Deputy District Clerks serving in certain counties, in which counties there are more than one District Court, including Criminal District Courts, by providing that the Clerk of the District Court may appoint a Deputy for each District Court or Criminal District Court in his county when directed so to do by the Judge of any such court; fixing the salaries of such deputies, and providing a method for their payment.
