Relating to authorizing Panhandle and Santa Fe Railway Company to purchase, own and operate the railroad of Clinton-Oklahoma-Western Railroad Company of Texas, with its franchises and appurtenances now and hereafter owned; and the railroad of Kansas City, Mexico and Orient Railway Company of Texas, with its franchises and appurtenances now and hereafter owned; and the railroad of North Plains and Santa Fe Railway Company, with its franchises and appurtenances now and hereafter owned.
