Relating to authorizing and providing a method for the Commissioner of the General Land Office to lease to the Alejandro G. Trevino Post No. 390 of the American Legion of the Willacy County, Texas, certain submerged lands under the waters of Red Fish Bay in Willacy County, Texas, adjacent to certain tract of land now owned by said American Legion Post which fronts on said bay and prescribing the terms and conditions of such lease; providing this lease does not include the minerals in said lands, but all minerals are reserved to the State and said lands shall be subject to mineral development under the General Laws of the State.
