Relating to providing for payment of the salary of the ex-officio Superintendent of Public Instruction in all counties having not less than seven thousand, one hundred (7,100) and not more than seven thousand, two hundred (7,200) population, according to the last preceding Federal Census, fromt he County Available School Fund; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
