Relating to providing One Hundred Forty-five Thousand ($145,000.00) Dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, of the appropriation made by Acts of the 41st Legislature, Third Called Session, Chapter 14, to be used for the payment of tuition of Rural High School pupils.
