HB 737, 42nd R.S.
Relating to providing that no costs shall be paid by the State where the defendant is indicted for a felony and his punishment assessed by a fine or imprisonment in jail or convicted of a misdemeanor and that all costs thus incurred shall be taxed and collected as, in misdemeanor cases.
