Relating to amending certain Statutes relating to the Workmen's Compensation Act, providing that the Industrial Accident Board shall furnish upon request of any interested party a certified copy of the employer's notice of becoming a subscriber, which shall be admissible in evidence in any court and be prima facie proof of all the facts stated in such notice.
