HB 316, 42nd R.S.
Relating to providing that where a testator having a child or children leaves a surviving wife, who is the mother of all of his said children, and the principal beneficiary in said last will and testament to the entire exclusion of all of his said children, that said Articles 8291 and 8292 shall not apply.
