Relating to creating and defining by metes and bounds, Road District No. 3 of Colorado County, Texas, under the authority of Article 3, Section 52, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating macadamized, graveled, or paved roads and turnpikes, or in aid thereof.
