Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office to accept and award all applications for the repurchase of public school land forfeited and reappraised under Chapter 94, an Act approved March 19, 1925, and as amended by Chapter 25, an act approved October 27, 1926, for which applications or the first payment therefor were filed in the Land Office after the expiration of the time allowed by law for the filing thereof but for which applications and the first payment were so filed.
