SB 253, 41st R.S.
Relating to defining blacklisting, defining discrimination against persons seeking employment, requiring statements in writing from corporations and receivers to employees voluntarily leaving their employment, and requiring further that copies of statements shall be given to employees who have lost or are otherwise deprived of the use of the originals, prescribing what facts shall be set out in all such statements.
