HB 624, 41st R.S.

Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of Fisher County to issue bonds of said county for the purpose of funding or refunding indebtedness incurred for road and bridge purposes and to levy a tax in payment thereof, and limiting the amount of warrants, scrip or other evidences of indebtedness for road and bridge purposes, except in cases of great calamity or urgent public necessity.
