SB 321, 40th R.S.

Relating to amending Article 6770 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925, said article being a part of the laws of this State relating to roads, bridges and ferries so as to eliminate that part of said article exempting Hunt County from Subdivision 4 of Chapter 3 of Title 116 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925.
