Relating to ratifying and confirming the sale under execution heretofore made of the Motley County Railway, its properties, rights and franchises, to G.E. Hamilton, Trustee for the Quanah, Acme and Pacific Railway Company, and authorizing the transfer and conveyance by such Trustee of such Motley County Railway, its properties, rights and franchises, to the Quanah, Acme and Pacific Railway Company.
