Relating to the construction, acquisition, improvement and equipment of buildings and other structures and additions to buildings and other structures by the Board of Regents of the University of Texas, the Board of Directors of the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College System, the Board of Directors of Texas Technological College, the Board of Regents of the State Teachers Colleges, the Board of Regents of the Texas State College for Women, the Board of Directors of the College of Arts and Industries, the Board of Regents of North Texas State College, the Board of Regents of Texas Southern University and the Board of Regents of Lamar State College of Technology; providing for the fixing of fees for the use thereof and other revenue producing buildings, structures and other property; providing for the issuance of negotiable bonds and notes for the construction or acquisition of buildings and structures and additions to buildings and structures and the acquisition of land therefor.
