HB 247, 54th R.S.
Relating to providing that if any person who shall drive or operate an automobile or other motor vehicle upon the public roads, highways, streets, or alleys in this State while under the influence of a narcotic drug shall, through accident or mistake do an act which, if voluntarily done, would be a felony, shall receive punishment affixed to such felony offense, except under certain conditions.
