SB 190, 54th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide for a purchasing agent in counties having a population of 100,000 or more inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census; providing that the salary of the purchasing agent shall be set at a figure not less than Thirty-six Hundred Dollars ($3600.00), nor more than Six Thousand Dollars ($6000.00) per year and providing that this salary shall be paid out of the General Fund and/or the Road and Bridge Fund; providing for a repealing clause.
