Relating to providing for the reappropriation of funds heretofore appropriated for the construction and equipment of State Hospitals for tuberculosis patients to replace the State's facilities at Weaver Baker Sanatorium; appropriating funds heretofore or hereafter granted by the Federal Government or any State agency for this purpose.
